The new product is based on Insignia's state-of-the-art virtual machine technology and is geared toward providing current embedded systems developers with a feature-rich EVM that is supported by a host of tools compatible with Real Time Operating System environments, such as remote debugging and optimisation modules. It also offers a migration path that is compatible with legacy systems so that embedded systems developers can move seamlessly back and forth between their old and new environments.
