NEON's ShadowConnect J2EE connectors for z/OS connectivity are certified for BEA WebLogic Integration*. Using JDBC (Java Database Connectivity) and JCA, developers can now use ShadowConnect and BEA WebLogic Integration to develop J2EE applications featuring JNDI (Java Naming and Directory Interface(tm)), connection pooling, two- phase commit, XML and metadata. Shadow ODBC, JDBC and J2EE connectors provide secure, scalable, transactional and systems managed real-time access to mainframe data, including supporting DB2(tm), CICS/TS(tm), IMS/TM(tm), IMS/ DB(tm), VSAM(tm), Adabas(tm), Natural and Sybase MDI. In addition, ShadowConnect can provide extra functionality with the following add- on modules: ShadowConnect Advanced Scalability, ShadowConnect Advanced Controls, ShadowConnect Enterprise Auditing, ShadowConnect Console and ShadowConnect SSL.
