All interested and suitable pharmaceutical company will default under uniform conditions and a uniform access method to the completion of a discount agreement pursuant to [section] 130a Abs. 8 SGB V for drug combination levodopa / carbidopa / Entacaponangeboten. An exclusivity is not given. The order quantity is dependent upon completion of the agreement Unknown and in particular on the demand of the insured, the evolution of the number of insured, from the prescribing behavior of physicians contract and the delivery and storage behavior of public pharmacies. The client guarantees no minimum order quantities.
