| Zusammenfassung: | For quite a few months now we've been building Postal, as IMAP client written in Java, using the Swing toolkit. In this months installment, we're going to write the code to move messages between folders. As we will see, the hard part in doing this is presenting the list of folders to the user. Getting to the heart of things, the actual work of moving a message into a new folder is accomplished by the folderSelected ( ) method in the MoveMessagesMenu class. To copy messages into a new folder, you should use the Folder. appendMessages ( ) method as shown (JavaMail library does the grunt work). To complete the move, we simply delete each message from the source folder. |
