Shrnutí:	The title: The topic of death: Mjedja, Poradeci, Kuteli, was chosen to research the subject of death in literary fiction of the three basic authors of Albanian modern literature. The topic of death will be explored from a typological perspective - of the uniqueness and distinctiveness as it is expressed - in the narrative voices of Mitrush Kuteli's prose, as well as in figuration – in the lyrical poem of Ndre Mjedja and poetry of Lasgush Poradeci. With the aim to identify different aspects on the meanings of death in the work of the authors.By looking at the works of these authors, life and death in a paradigmatic opposition, we intend to read and interpret the overcoming of the two situations, which brings different meanings - of how life dominates over death or vice versa.Our analysis will be focused on the search of death, its forms and versions, to subjects representing the fictional text, such as the narrator and the character of prose, and the poetic word in the poetry, that constitutes a powerful universe of words which give meaning through voice, image, rhythm and rhyme.Mjedja, Poradeci and Kuteli are authors on whom the topic of death is a privileged topic. How do they build the relation with death? How opened they are in front of philosophy of death? How does the creation upon death appears in the literary forms of poetry and prose of the chosen authors?So, in this paper lies our desire to have a more understanding on the phenomenon - of death as it is represented on fictional texts.
