| Shrnutí: | This chapter presents a framework for mitigating the risks of user errors due to changes following software updates. It also presents a method for assuring seamless testing of agile application updates, required in cloud and edge computing and in modern software as service (SaaS) architectures. The chapter focuses on dynamic aspects of system quality, namely those attributes which are most sensitive to design changes, mostly required in agile development. It also focuses on the operational stage, namely, on methods for tracking the changes in service indices. The chapter describes a decision support for user interface design (DSUID) based on a statistical process control (SPC) model for monitoring, collecting, and interpreting user data. It concentrates the diagnosis of user behavior. The chapter provides framework that incorporates usability considerations in a system implementation, to ensure fluent and reliable operation of collaborative software programs. |
