| Summary: | The power of PWM controllers is generally supplied externally, with high voltage and a large range of variation. A power management module with a wide voltage range and high power supply rejection ratio has been designed for the application environment of PWM controllers. The pre-regulator module converts the input high voltage into low voltage, which is used by other parts of the power module. The bandgap reference module generates a constant voltage that does not vary with temperature and the final voltage is generated by LDO. The over temperature protection, over-current protection, under voltage latch, and input voltage detection were realized to meet the power requirements of other circuits in PWM controllers. |
