Shrnutí:Resource management is the key to improving the performance of visible optical communication (VLC)/WiFi heterogeneous networks. An improved dynamic proportional fairness algorithm is proposed to enhance the fairness of the system. Each round of scheduling compensates for user latency characteristics and jointly allocates resources. Simulation results show that the algorithm enhances fairness and throughput, with broader applications in heterogeneous networks.
