Zusammenfassung:Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the development of traditional Chinese medicine has been placed at an important position in the overall economic and social development. At the same time, with the development of globlization, the business expansion of well-known foreign pharmaceutical enterprises in China serious impact the Chinese medicine companies. How to respond to the challenges under this trend has become a subject for Traditional Chinese Medicine companies to consider. This article selects the financial statements of 58 listed companies with main business in Chinese medicine in 2022, and uses factor analysis in unsupervised learning algorithms to construct a performance evaluation system. The performance of the selected Chinese medicine companies is evaluated and analyzed to identify problems in the management of Chinese medicine companies.
