Shrnutí:A palletizing machine is extensively utilized in the production of prefabricated boards. However, due to its large and complex system, as well as its low level of automation, the development of the control system of current transfer palletizing machines has proven challenging. To address these issues, a palletizer control system based on S7-1500 PLC has been designed. This design encompasses the hardware electrical system, software control system, and human–machine interaction system for the palletizer. A structured programming strategy has been adopted to simplify the system and enhance its expansion compatibility while improving efficiency and automation levels.
