Shrnutí:The article presents the results of associative experiment aimed at detecting the features of the religious (Orthodox) discourse. As in the speech of Orthodox believers reflects the specificity of the religious worldview, and their associative reactions to verbal stimuli differ from the reactions of un-believers native speakers of Russian. The research urgency is caused by appeal to the Orthodox dis-course, the linguistic interest in which has intensified in connection with the change in society's attitude to the Church.
