First and Second Order Duality for a class of Nondifferentiable Fractional Programming Problem

A unified approach for first and second order duality is considered for a class of nondifferentiable fractional programming problems of the type Maximize [f(x) - (x T Fx) 1/2 ]/[g(x) - (x t Gx) 1/2 ] subject to h(x)<0, where f i , g and h are differentiable, possibly nonlinear functions.
