Summary:The article reveals the theoretical and practical aspects of the creation and implementation of an electronic study guide on electrical engineering disciplines in the educational process of vocational education students. After all, today, one of the ways of introducing modern digital technologies into education, which ensures further improvement of the educational process, accessibility and effectiveness of education and preparation of young people for life in the information society, is the development of electronic means for educational purposes. An analysis of the software environments for creating electronic training aids and textbooks was carried out and the choice of the software environment was justified. In the research process for the purpose of creating an electronic training manual for the study of electrical engineering disciplines, the Delphi objectoriented programming environment was chosen, which has a fairly convenient user interface, which provides the opportunity to create the necessary form of the future electronic training manual, and is also easy to install and not requires a large amount of RAM, which is essential for the performance of work within the educational institution. The specifics of teaching the disciplines of the electrical engineering cycle, which consists of a large amount of theoretical material, formulas, diagrams, tables, drawings, etc., are analyzed. It has been established that when using an electronic manual by students in the process of educational activity, it is necessary to provide not only the possibility of studying theoretical material, but also solving typical technical problems from the relevant courses. An electronic study guide on electrical engineering disciplines has been created for the training of vocational education specialists in higher education institutions. The main requirements for the developed tool, the main construction principles and components are described. The main stages of the implementation of the electronic training manual are described, and the user manual for its use in the educational process is developed. The perspective is to solve the problem of defining and creating virtual laboratories and laboratory complexes, as well as creating a virtual laboratory for conducting laboratory classes in electrical engineering disciplines.
