Description
Summary:This article describes a workstation with a GoFa cobot used for picking pneumatic fittings from a bin. The vision system used at the test bench allows to use deep neural network-based AI technology. The AI model generated as part of the deep learning process receives images from two cameras and generates “predictions” concerning pre-defined points from which the fittings need to be picked up. The learning process was conducted on a dedicated server provided by Cambrian.
