Presumptive Jamestown Canyon viral retinitis

Serological testing for CMV, herpes simplex virus (HSV), varicella zoster virus (VZV) and active syphilis infection was normal. Full blood count, renal function, ESR, C-reactive protein, ACE levels, antinuclear antibody and chest x ray were all normal.
