Abstract (English): The aim of this study was to identify pollinator visitors and compare Apis mellifera and other pollinators arthropods floral preferences in three families of native plants (Asteraceae, Solanaceae and Verbenaceae) and those in other unspecified families that appeared, as well as determine the interactions of pollination between pollinators and flowers and determine the biodiversity of pollinators associated with the flowers of the families studied and others, in a given area of the city, during the period spring/summer 2019/2020. The study was carried out in an area of the city delimited by a sampling polygon, a total of 18 exits, nine in the morning (7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.) and nine in the afternoon (2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.), for the identification of floral visitors, the method proposed by Vaissiere was adjusted. The results regarding the families of plants studied and the pollinators were subjected to the X2 statistic, showing that there is no statistically significant relationship between the preference of Apis mellifera or other pollinators and the plant families of the site. A total of 68 species of arthropods associated with the flowers of the studied plant families were recorded, among which 26 species of Hymenoptera, 21 Lepidoptera, 7 Coleoptera, 7 Diptera, 4 Hemiptera, 2 Orthoptera and 2 Mantodea were identified. The results demonstrate their importance for the pollination of these native plants, as well as the high biological diversity related to these families, the use of the native flora for the production of honey and the importance of the integral conservation of the biodiversity of a region in order to have a mantainable, sustainable and ecologically correct production.
