It explores the application of practical fundamental planning principles like SWOT analysis and SMART goals. The discussion includes a framework for scheduling strategic planning steps that align with institutional objectives. Through case examples, this article illustrates how strategic planning fosters a culture of continuous improvement and positions learning centers for sustained success in higher education.
