Cell phone bans in classrooms have begun throughout the United States either with mandated laws, or recommended district enforcement. This controversial decision has evidence both supporting its existence, or supporting the resistance to it. Data analyzes both U.S. and international policies with varied results regarding the strengths and weaknesses of its enforcement. |
