A data privacy system and method is disclosed. The method includes providing at least one processor, at least one memory device including computer-readable instructions, and at least one user device in communication with the at least one processor via a network connection. The at least one processor, upon execution of the computer-readable instructions, is configured to generate a predictive model during training of a machine learning program using a training data set including a personal data set of one or more users. The predictive model is configured to predict at least one predicted data privacy and/or data portability measure of at least one of the users. At least one quick response code embedded with data or a link to the data based upon the at least one predicted data privacy and/or data portability measure is generated to provide enhanced data privacy protection and data portability. |

| Claim: |
1. A method for network data privacy, comprising the steps of: providing a computing system including at least one processor, at least one memory device including computer-readable instructions, wherein the at least one processor is in communication with at least one user device via a network connection; receiving at least one communication request related to user data transmitted from the at least one user device; collecting usage data of the user data from a source of the usage data; generating at least one quick response code embedded with at least one of the usage data and a link to the usage data; and transmitting the quick response code embedded with the at least one of the usage data and the link to the usage data to the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of receiving identification of the user via an application accessible by the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
3. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of verifying identification of the user of an application accessible by the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
4. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of filtering the usage data prior to transmission to the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
5. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of filtering the usage data prior to generating the at least one quick response code. |
| Claim: |
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one communication request is received via an application accessible by the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
7. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of displaying the at least one communication request on a graphical user interface of the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
8. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of hosting the at least one quick response code embedded with the usage data on an application accessible by the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
9. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of displaying the at least one quick response code on a graphical user interface of the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
10. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of translating the at least one quick response code into human-readable data upon tactile engagement of the at least one quick response code displayed on a graphical user interface of the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
11. The method of claim 10, further comprising the step of displaying the human-readable data on the graphical user interface of the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
12. The method of claim 1, further comprising the step of requiring authentication to access and/or view the embedded data. |
| Claim: |
13. The method of claim 12, wherein the authentication has multiple levels of authentication. |
| Claim: |
14. The method of claim 12, wherein the authentication includes at least one of a username, a password, a pin, biometric information, and a security token. |
| Claim: |
15. The method of claim 12, wherein the authentication is inputted into a graphical user interface of the at least one user device. |
| Claim: |
16. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one quick response code includes at least one an identifier of the enterprise system. |
| Claim: |
17. The method of claim 1, wherein the source of the usage data is the enterprise system. |
| Claim: |
18. The method of claim 1, wherein the source of the usage data is a third-party entity. |
| Claim: |
19. The method of claim 1, wherein the at least one quick response code is embedded with information related to product and/or service offerings. |
| Claim: |
20. A method for network data privacy, comprising the steps of: providing a computing system including at least one processor and at least one memory device including computer-readable instructions, wherein the at least one processor is in communication with at least one user device via a network connection; receiving at least one communication request related to user data transmitted from the at least one user device; collecting usage data of the user data for a source of the usage data; generating a predictive model during training of a machine learning program including a neural network of the machine learning program, wherein a training data set utilized during the training of the machine learning program comprises a personal data set of at least one user, and wherein the personal data set of the at least one user includes at least one data entry related to at least one data portability measure with respect to the at least one user; predicting, by the predictive model, at least one predicted data portability measure of the at least one user associated with the at least one user device based upon the personal data set of the at least one user; generating a quick response code embedded with at least one of the usage data and a link to the usage data based upon the at least one predicted data portability measure; and transmitting the quick response code embedded with at least one of the usage data and the link to the usage data based upon the at least one predicted data portability measure to the at least one user device. |
