Popis: Mycobacterium lentiflavum infections have mostly been described as cervical lymphadenitis in children, or occasionally as pulmonary infection in immunocompromised hosts. Here, we present Mycobacterium lentiflavum as an isolated cutaneous pseudotumor in an immunosuppressed patient. The lesion was treated with surgical excision, which resolved without any recurrence after a year of follow up. This case shows the various presentations of this pathogen and the option of surgical excision instead of antimicrobial systemic therapy to achieve cure.
