| Popis: | Zadatak ovoga rada je analiza bioloških podataka i njihov grafički prikaz uz pomoć triju odabranih biblioteka u pythonu: matplotlib, plotly i bokeh. ; The focus of this paper is data analysis of biological data and their graphical visualisation with the help of three chosen libraries in Python: matplotlib, plotly and bokeh. We will compare the speed of creating graphs in the libraries and decide which one of them gave the best results in terms of their interactivity and ease of creation, In addition to these libraries, we will use the pandas tool to prepare the data before use, because the data is abstract and has certain hierarchies by which it can be observed. We do all this to bring closer the results of data analysis in the best possible way to biologists and other scientists who might be interested. |
