Popis: Territorial management requires precise, consistent, and up-to-date geospatial informationthat enables the characterization of both the physical properties of the territory and its resources, aswell as the socio-environmental interactions with the population. Open access to these data is anessential requirement for the comprehensive analysis of territorial dynamics and for supportingmodeling, planning, and evidence-based decision-making processes. The implementation of web-based geospatial data platforms was carried out in three interdependent phases: (A) territorial dataprocessing, (B) web environment development, and (C) implementation of Territorial InformationPlatforms. As a result, 25 platforms were deployed, incorporating 2,527 map layers organized into16 thematic categories. As of 2025, the platforms have recorded an average of 490 monthly visitsand over 100 registered users with download credentials, including Decentralized AutonomousGovernments and the general public. The results demonstrate that the application and use ofgeospatial information technologies optimize data transfer and provide strategic inputs for territorialmanagement authorities, strengthening planning and evidence-based decision-making. ; Resumen:La gestión territorial requiere información geoespacial precisa, consistente y actualizadaque permita caracterizar tanto las propiedades físicas del territorio como sus recursos y las interaccionessocioambientales con la población. El acceso abierto a estos datos constituye un requisito esencial parael análisis integral de la dinámica territorial y para sustentar procesos de modelización, planificación ytoma de decisiones basadas en evidencia.
