Description: This research is motivated by the payment of education donations at SMAN 2 Sungai Tarab is still done manually by recording in the book and then inputting it into the Microsoft Excel application, this process takes a long time and there is no database so the risk of losing data / files is very high and even vulnerable to malware viruses. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based education donation receipt application system that is valid, practical and effective. The research method used is research and develeoprment with the type of define, design, defelopment and desimanation (4D) combined with a waterfall type development model. The results of this research were carried out product testing to several experts, obtained the results of the product validity test which was 0.967 with valid criteria. Functional suitability testing with feasibility calculations shows 100% getting a “very feasible” category. The results of testing the compatibility of the co-existence aspect with the calculation of feasibility are at 100% with a “very feasible” category. The value of usability testing with feasibility calculations shows 79.3% with the category “feasible”. The results of testing the validity of the material, the calculation of feasibility shows 82% with the category “very feasible”, and the results of testing the validity of language obtained 100% with the category “very feasible”. The contribution of this research is that the application can be used by users as a reference in facilitating payment transactions and reporting data on student education donation payments.
