Так же обсуждается роль мультимодальной метафоры и метонимии в китайских противопандемийных карикатурах. ; There emerge metaphors of different modalities, such as visual (pictures) and auditory (sounds); and if necessary, multimodal metaphors can also be formed. Due to the fact that metonymy acts as a cognitive mechanism of the human brain, some research on multimodal metonymy has emerged. In the field of linguistics, the study of multimodal metaphor and metonymy is a new topic of discourse analysis, and this research object has also shifted from the area of verbal metaphor and metonymy to multimodal metaphor and metonymy. The scope of research of this paper covers a series of cartoons published in a specialized section of the news portal China Daily. The author discusses the role of multimodal metaphor and metonymy in Chinese anti-pandemic cartoons, and examines the main types of multimodal metaphors in them. |
