Bu içerik, atıfta bulunulan hukuki belgelerle ilgili olarak; Avrupa Birliği veya Avrupa Konseyi üye devletlerinin idareleri, bunların yasal organları, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi veya Avrupa Konseyi'nin uluslararası sözleşmeleriyle kurulmuş diğer herhangi bir kuruma atfedilebilecek resmi yorumlar veya bağlayıcı hukuki bir konum teşkil etmez.
