| Description: |
People in Hayden and Winkelman may be exposed to lead and arsenic from smelting activities and other sources in their environment. In 2015 ATSDR provided blood and urine testing for residents. In 2017 we offered follow-up urine arsenic testing to people in households that participated in 2015. Our goal in 2017 was to fnd out arsenic levels in participants’ urine when air quality was typical for the community. This is a summary of the 2017 investigation report. ; Asarco_EI_Summary_of_Findings_2019_FS_508.pdf ; 2019 ; 7120 |
