| Popis: | The present research examines the link between High-Performance Work Practices (HPWP) and organizationalambidexterity. A quantitative research approach was used in this study and a structured questionnaire was administered to400 employees from Infosys, TCS, HCLTech, Tech Mahindra and other IT firms in India. The data was collected throughonline questionnaires and participants were selected based on the stratified random sampling technique in order to get theparticipants from different organizational level. The results showed that there is a positive correlation between HPWP andorganizational ambidexterity, which underlines the importance of carefully developed HR practices for improving theemployees’ competencies and organizational flexibility.The study adds to theory by providing a framework that links HR practices and ambidexterity and offers practicalimplications for managers who seek to manage for competitiveness in competitive and dynamic contexts. Future researchcould build on the present framework by including other mediating factors such as, organizational learning and employees’well-being, or by investigating the relationship between digital HR practices and ambidexterity. This research holds seriouslessons for organisations that wish to maintain innovation and efficiency by adopting SHRM. |
