Description: This paper aims to analyze, on the one hand, the construction of the chorus of Seneca’sPhaedrafrom two main elements, namely, movement and appearances; and, on the other hand, the way in which these elements allow establishing a correlation with the development of the plot. To this end, we focus on the visual imagery employed by Seneca and the role it plays both for the characterization of the characters and for the progression of the narrative. ; Este trabajo se propone analizar, por un lado, la construcción de los coros deFedrade Séneca a partir de dos elementos principales, a saber, el movimiento y las apariencias; y, por otro, la forma en la que dichos elementos permiten establecer un correlato con el desarrollo de la trama. Con este propósito, se hace foco en la imaginería visual empleada por Séneca y el rol que juega tanto para la caracterización de los personajes como para el avance de la narración.
