Description: Growing trends in logistics are creating a need for industry process efficiency as a result of the digitalization of logistics systems, which also contributes to cost optimization, directly impacting small and medium-size enterprises, which must overcome significant barriers of the latest technologies. One of the biggest problems in ineffective investment choices or incorrect implementation processes can result in businesses not profiting. The aim of this thesis was to determine the effectiveness of an investment in the logistics system of Gevis, s. r. o. through a cost analysis. By calculating the main economic indicators and conducting a risk analysis, it was demonstrated that the investment would become profitable within 4 months and 4 days. Each invested euro will generate 0.24 € per month and save 1,297 € monthly. The risk analysis highlighted both positive and negative consequences of implementing the logistics system. The results confirm the high effectiveness of the investment, which will not only optimize company costs but also bring multiple positive non-financial benefits. ; Rastúce trendy v logistike vyvolávajú potrebu zefektívňovať procesy v podniku prostredníctvom digitalizácie logistických systémov, čo zároveň speje k optimalizácií nákladov. Priamo ovplyvňujú malé a stredné podniky, ktoré musia prekonávať veľké bariéry k implementácií najnovších technológii. Jedným z najčastejších problémov je neefektívny výber investície alebo jej nesprávny postup implementácie, v následku čoho je priamo ohrozená profitabilita podniku. Cieľom práce bolo zistiť efektívnosť investície – logistického systému podniku Gevis, s. r. o. prostredníctvom nákladovej analýzy, výpočtov hlavných ekonomických ukazovateľov a analýzy rizík. Na základe týchto výpočtov investícia v podniku bude zisková za 4 mesiace a 4 dni. Každé investované euro bude generovať 0,24 € zisku za mesiac a mesačne usporí podniku 1 297,18 €. Analýza rizík poukázala na pozitívne, ale aj negatívne dôsledky implementácie logistického systému. Výsledky ...
