| Popis: | Türkçe Özet : Bu yayın, Avrupa Konseyi ile ortaklaşa yürütülen Mahkeme Yönetimi Sisteminin Güçlendirilmesi Ortak Projesi çerçevesinde, Adliye Mimarisi ve buna yönelik geliştirilecek rehber ilkelerin oluşturulma sürecine ışık tutmak amacıyla bir araya getirilen çeşitli çalışmaları, ülke örneklerini ve değerlendirmeleri derlemektedir. Sunulan analizler ve perspektifler, katkıda bulunan yazarların bireysel görüşlerini ve araştırmalarını yansıtmaktadır. İlgili hukuki belgelere ve çerçevelere atıfta bulunulmakla birlikte, ifade edilen yorumlar ve kanaatler yalnızca yazarlara aittir. Bu içerik; Avrupa Birliği veya Avrupa Konseyi üye devletlerinin idarelerine, bunların yasal organlarına, Avrupa İnsan Hakları Mahkemesi'ne veya Avrupa Konseyi'nin uluslararası sözleşmeleriyle kurulmuş diğer herhangi bir kuruma atfedilebilecek resmi yorumlar veya bağlayıcı hukuki bir konum teşkil etmez. While referencing relevant legal documents and frameworks, the interpretations and opinions expressed are solely those of the authors.
