| Beschreibung: | The purpose of the study is to identify the key stages of development of the process-oriented management concept, determine its evolutionary factors and outline further prospects for its use in enterprise management. The methodology of the conducted research is based on the use of methods that have provided a comprehensive approach to analysis. This is, in particular, the historical and genetic method that has allowed to study the main stages of the concept of process-oriented management; The method of analysis and synthesis identified key theoretical concepts and integrated into a single picture of the development of the process approach; comparative analysis that helped compare different management models in different historical periods; Case Stadi method that gave the opportunity to explore real practices at enterprises and more. Scientific novelty. It is to systematize the evolution of the BPM concept, which covers the main stages of its development – from the automation of individual tasks to dynamic control and digital transformation. The study identifies key scientific works and contributions of leading researchers who have formed a modern BPM understanding and analyzes the impact of modern information technologies on the development of this concept. The article also identifies current trends, such as adaptability, flexibility, use of mining process and data analytics that reflect modern challenges in the field of business process management. In addition, research offers promising directions for BPM development, including integration with the latest technologies, such as artificial intelligence and cloud computing, which corresponds to the growing complexity of the business environment and the need to create client-oriented processes. Research results. The historical development of BPM is systematized, which allowed to distinguish its key stages: automation of individual tasks, business process reengineering, dynamic management and digital transformation. This analysis demonstrated how the BPM concept adapted to changes in the business environment and technological progress. The study also found key modern trends in BPM, including the growing complexity of the business environment and the need for flexible and client-oriented processes, emphasizing the impact of digital technologies such as mining, data analytics and cloud calculations. Метою дослідження є визначення ключових етапів розвитку концепції процесно-орієнтованого управління, визначення її еволюційних чинників та окреслення подальших перспектив її використання в управлінні підприємствами. Методологія проведеного дослідження грунтується на використанні методів, що забезпечили комплексний підхід до аналізу. Це, зокрема, історико-генетичний метод, що дозволив вивчити основні етапи розвитку концепції процесно-орієнтованого управління; метод аналізу і синтезу були виділені ключові теоретичні концепції та інтегровані в єдину картину розвитку процесного підходу; компаративний аналіз, який допоміг порівняти різні моделі управління в різних історичних періодах; метод кейс-стаді, що дав можливість дослідити реальні практики на підприємствах тощо. Наукова новизна. Полягає в систематизації еволюції концепції BPM, що охоплює основні етапи її розвитку– від автоматизації окремих завдань до динамічного управління та цифрової трансформації. Дослідження виокремлює ключові наукові праці та внески провідних дослідників, що сформували сучасне розуміння BPM, та аналізує вплив сучасних інформаційних технологій на розвиток цієї концепції. У статті також визначено сучасні тенденції, такі як адаптивність, гнучкість, використання процес майнінгу та аналітики даних, що відображають сучасні виклики у сфері управління бізнес-процесами. Крім того, дослідження пропонує перспективні напрямки розвитку BPM, зокрема інтеграцію з новітніми технологіями, такими як штучний інтелект та хмарні обчислення, що відповідає на зростаючу складність бізнес-середовища та необхідність створення клієнтоорієнтованих процесів. Результати дослідження. Систематизовано історичний розвиток BPM, що дозволило виокремити його ключові етапи: автоматизація окремих завдань, реінжиніринг бізнес-процесів, динамічне управління та цифрова трансформація. Цей аналіз продемонстрував, як концепція BPM адаптувалася до змін у бізнес-середовищі та технологічному прогресі. Дослідження також виявило ключові сучасні тенденції в BPM, зокрема зростаючу складність бізнес-середовища та необхідність гнучких і клієнтоорієнтованих процесів, підкреслюючи вплив цифрових технологій, таких як процес майнінг, аналітика даних та хмарні обчислення. |
