| Popis: | The research explores the philosophical, moral, and ethical foundations of the deontological training at higher medical education institutions. It analyzes the concepts of morality, moral conduct, and moral duty as fundamental components of the professional ethics of healthcare professionals. These categories are shown to shape physicians’ internal values, influence the quality of medical care, affect interpersonal relationships, and contribute to public trust in the healthcare system. Deontological training is examined as an interdisciplinary approach that integrates philosophy, ethics, pedagogy, psychology, and medicine. The paper substantiates the role of humanizing higher medical education as a means of fostering moral responsibility, professional integrity, emotional intelligence, and the ability to act effectively in morally complex situations. It clarifies the core moral and ethical principles, i.e., autonomy, beneficence, honesty, justice, respect for human dignity, tolerance, and confidentiality. Emphasis is placed on the humanistic approach in medical training as a key factor of harmonious integration between professional competence and compassion in clinical practice. The importance of emotional intelligence is highlighted as a foundation for effective communication and ethical behavior in healthcare. Deontological competence is presented as the outcome of a purposeful educational process that combines the development of both technical (hard) and interpersonal (soft) skills. The article underscores the importance of intellectual capacity, personal refinement, and professional culture as key factors in promoting the sustainable development of the medical field and strengthening public trust in medicine. It concludes that integrating a deontological component into medical education addresses contemporary challenges and is essential for cultivating ethical maturity, professional accountability, and a humanistic worldview in future healthcare professionals. У статті розкрито філософські та морально-етичні засади деонтологічної підготовки майбутніх лікарів. Здійснено аналіз понять моралі, моральності та морального обов’язку. Проаналізовано деонтологічну підготовку як міждисциплінарний освітній процес. Обґрунтовано роль гуманізації вищої медичної освіти як засобу розвитку моральної відповідальності та професійної доброчесності. Уточнено зміст ключових морально-етичних принципів. Зроблено висновок, що впровадження деонтологічного компонента у зміст підготовки лікарів відповідає сучасним викликам та є передумовою формування етичної зрілості, професійної відповідальності та гуманістичного світогляду лікарів. |
