| Popis: | Introduction. The article analyses the psychological features of the combat activity of the operator of the Special Operations Forces, identifies and discloses the psychological features of the development of frustration tolerance of operators through the content characteristics of the structural components of frustration tolerance: emotional-volitional, motivational-value, cognitive-cognitive and behavioral. Purpose. Аnalysis of psychological features of the SOF operator's frustration tolerance in the conditions of performing assigned tasks. Methods. To solve the tasks set in the work, theoretical research methods were used: analysis of scientific sources on the research problem, synthesis, comparison, generalization. Originality. The psychological features of the development of frustration tolerance of operators of the Special Operations Forces to perform tasks in combat conditions are substantiated. The practical significance of the obtained results lies in the implementation of the main results of the study in the practice of organizing psychological support of military units (subdivisions) of the Special Operations Forces of the Armed Forces of UkraineConclusion. 1. The specifics and conditions of performing assigned tasks by SOF operators have the following frustrating obstacles: a high level of threat to life, abrupt changes in the situation, being in a hostile environment, performing tasks in isolation from the main forces in small groups under strict time constraints, high maneuverability in the rear, the need for rapid movement, the limited picture of combat operations, the dependence of results on the professionalism of each operator, Team Spirit and leadership qualities of the group commander, the possibility of contradictions between the norms of international humanitarian law and ensuring the survivability of the group. These obstacles affect the performance of tasks in combat conditions as potentially frustrating and place special demands on the mental sphere of the SOF operator.2. Analysis of the features of professional activity and frustration obstacles to the performance of tasks in the conditions of combat operations of the SOF operator shows its complexity, uncertainty, variability, chaos and diversity, which require the development of psychological features of frustration tolerance as a professionally important property of the SOF operator. The psychological features of the frustration tolerance of the SOF operator include: strength, balance, mobility of the nervous system, low level of anxiety, frustration, rigidity, tolerance to uncertainty, willingness to take risks, professional motivation, motivation for success, combat motivation, creative thinking, analytical style of thinking, ability to reflect, absence of irrational attitudes, optimal or favorable level of frustration tolerance, extrapunitive or intropunitive reaction with fixation on overcoming an obstacle, constructive coping strategies aimed at a positive reassessment of a frustrating situation, planning a solution to the problem, taking responsibility. У статті проаналізовано психологічні особливості бойової діяльності оператора Сил спеціальних операцій, визначено та розкрито психологічні особливості розвитку фрустраційної толерантності операторів через змістовні характеристики структурних компонентів фрустраційної толерантності: емоційно-вольовий, мотиваційно-ціннісний, когнітивно-пізнавальний та поведінковий. |
