| Beschreibung: | The article reveals main tasks of postgraduate pedagogical education in conditions of decentralization, practicability of innovative technologies of development of professional and methodical competence of teacher in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education within the researches of the inter-structural laboratory «Innovative technologies of the development of professional competence of teacher in the system of postgraduate education». Principles of self-educational activity of adults are defined. The effectiveness of coaching technology as a method of development of professional competence of teachers in the system of postgraduate pedagogical education is analyzed. The analysis of basic problems of education management in communities and strategic directions in cooperation between institutions of postgraduate pedagogical education and joint territorial communities is carried out. The change of philosophy of education that is based on: the personality of a child; personality oriented education; innovative technologies; partnership between all the subjects of educational policy; safety and no discrimination in educational institutions are also considered by the authors. The main tasks of Ukrainian education on a local level are analyzed: in the management of education of the joint territorial community, in introduction of innovative methods of education in every remote school, in changing relationships between teachers, parents and students in the conditions of postgraduate pedagogical education (teacher training at advanced training courses and in the intercourse period for effective methods of introduction of innovative technologies in educational process in institutions of education. The strategic plans of the development of education in the conditions of decentralization and assistance of the scientific and pedagogical staff (external experts) of institutions of pedagogical education are considered by the authors. Раскрыты основные задачи последипломного педагогического образования (ППО) в условиях децентрализации; целесообразность использования инновационных технологий развития профессиональной и методической компетентности учителя в системе ППО в пределах работы межструктурной научно-исследовательской лаборатории «Инновационные технологии развития профессиональной компетентности учителя в системе последипломного образования». Определены принципы самообразовательной деятельности взрослых. Осуществлён анализ исследования основных проблем управления образованием в обществах и стратегических направлений сотрудничества институтов ППО и объединённых территориальных обществах (ОТГ). Проанализированы основные принципы разработки стратегического плана развития образования в условиях децентрализации и научно-методической поддержки работников (внешних экспертов) институтов ППО в создании такого плана. Розкриті основні завдання післядипломної педагогічної освіти (ППО) в умовах децентралізації; доцільність використання інноваційних технологій розвитку професійної та методичної компетентності вчителя у системі ППО в межах роботи міжструктурної науково-дослідницької лабораторії «Інноваційні технології розвитку професійної компетентності вчителя у системі післядипломної освіти». Визначені принципи самоосвітньої діяльності дорослих. Здійснено аналіз дослідження основних проблем управління освітою в громадах і стратегічних напрямів співпраці інститутів ППО та об’єднаних територіальних громадах (ОТГ). Проаналізовані основні принципи розроблення стратегічного плану розвитку освіти в умовах децентралізації та науково-методичної підтримки працівників (зовнішніх експертів) інститутів ППО у створенні такого плану. |
