| Beschreibung: | In modern conditions, the issue of energy efficiency in the residential sector is becoming increasingly relevant, as apartment buildings consume a significant amount of energy, and the cost of energy carriers is constantly growing. More than 70% of the housing stock was built during the period of mass construction, so the thermal characteristics of the enclosures do not meet modern energy efficiency requirements, and engineering networks are worn out and require modernization. Taking measures to increase energy efficiency in the residential sector will contribute to the energy independence of our state and reduce the impact on the environment. The country's recovery after the end of military operations must take place in compliance with energy efficiency requirements. The State of Ukraine and international financial organizations support energy efficiency measures in the housing and communal services by implementing various investment programs and grants. The implementation of such projects allows you to reduce energy costs and improve the comfort of living in residential buildings. The purpose of the study is to assess the performance of projects implementing comprehensive technical solutions for energy efficiency in the residential sector; analyze the conditions for participation in such projects and the results of implementing various support programs. The study reviewed the housing sector support programs successfully implemented in Ukraine and currently in operation, the instruments of state regulation of energy efficiency improvement processes in housing and communal services, and also analyzed in detail the technical and economic indicators of energy efficiency improvement projects of the Energodim program from the Energy Efficiency Fund. Research methods used: analytical methods, system analysis, synthesis, systematization, comparative and structural analysis method. В сучасних умовах питання енергоефективності житлового сектору набуває все більшої актуальності, адже багатоквартирні житлові будинки споживають значну кількість енергії, а вартість енергоносіїв постійно зростає. Відновлення країни після закінчення військових дій повинно відбуватися із дотриманням вимог щодо енергоефективності. Держава Україна та міжнародні фінансові організації підтримують заходи з енергоефективності в житлово-комунальному господарстві (ЖКГ) шляхом впровадження різних інвестиційних програм. Метою дослідження є оцінка показників проєктів впровадження комплексних технічних рішень з енергоефективності в житловому секторі; аналіз умов участі в таких проєктах і результатів впровадження різних програм підтримки. В ході дослідження було проведено огляд успішно реалізованих в Україні та діючих на сьогодні програм підтримки житлового сектору, інструменти державного регулювання процесів підвищення енергоефективності, а також детально проаналізовано техніко-економічні показники проєктів програми «Енергодім» від Фонду енергоефективності. Методи дослідження, що застосовувалися: аналітичні методи, системний аналіз, синтез, систематизація, метод порівняльного і структурного аналізу. |
