| Description: | The article is dedicated to substantiating the information and communication competence of military lyceum cadets in specialized secondary education institutions of military orientation. An analysis and generalization of the results of previous scientific research have been carried out, revealing the structure and components of their information and communication competence. The definition of the concept of “information and communication competence of military lyceum cadets in specialized secondary education institutions of military orientation” is determined as a mental formation of military-professional orientation, which includes value-motivational, intellectual, behavioral-activity, informational-technological, and subjective components, which constitute a reliable foundation for successful educational and other activities and behavior in an information society as its subjects. Various factors influencing the formation of information and communication competence have been clarified, including pedagogical approaches, technological resources, and the independent activity of military lyceum cadets. It has been proven that the implementation and use of information and communication technologies for the formation of information and communication competence in military lyceum are one of the most promising directions for the development and improvement of the modern educational process in specialized military profile educational institutions. The research results allow identifying key aspects to consider when developing educational programs and methodological foundations for the formation of information and communication competence of military lyceum cadets. Prospects for further research are seen in determining the pedagogical conditions for the formation information and communication competence of military lyceum cadets in the process of acquiring education in specialized secondary military education institutions. Статтю присвячено обґрунтуванню інформаційно-комунікаційної компетентності ліцеїстів закладів спеціалізованої середньої освіти військового профілю (далі – ІКК ліцеїстів). Здійснено аналіз та узагальнення результатів попередніх наукових досліджень, розкрито структуру та компоненти їх ІКК. Визначено дефініцію поняття “інформаційно-комунікаційна компетентність ліцеїстів закладів спеціалізованої середньої освіти військового профілю” як психічне утворення військово-професійного спрямування, що містить ціннісно-мотиваційний, інтелектуальний, поведінково-діяльнісний, інформаційно-технологічний і суб’єктний компоненти, які складають надійну підвалину успішної навчальної та інших видів діяльності та поведінки в інформаційному суспільстві як його суб’єкта. З’ясовано різноманітні чинники, що впливають на формування ІКК, у тому числі й педагогічні підходи, технологічні ресурси та самостійну активність ліцеїстів. Доведено, що впровадження й використання інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій (далі – ІКТ) для формування у ліцеїстів ІКК є одним із найперспективніших напрямів розвитку та вдосконалення сучасного освітнього процесу в закладах спеціалізованої середньої освіти військового профілю. Результати дослідження дозволяють визначити ключові аспекти, які варто враховувати при формуванні навчальних програм і методичних підвалин формування ІКК ліцеїстів. |
