| Popis: | The article reveals the pedagogical stimulation of future chemistry teachers to professional self-realization as artificially created circumstances under which the inner strengths of the individual are fully and deeply revealed by specially selected tools of pedagogy. It is noted that internal and external stimuli cause interest in the professional self-realization of an individual. In professional training, the readiness of future chemistry teachers for professional self-realization is formed as the ability to identify and position oneself in the role of a teacher, assimilation of the content, forms and methods of pedagogical activity at a sufficiently high level. The motivational and value component of the readiness of future chemistry teachers for professional self-realization as a pedagogical orientation, a valuable attitude to the needs and self-development of schoolchildren, an understanding of the pedagogical functions of stimulating students’ cognitive interests in learning and education is presented. The content-procedural component of the readiness of future chemistry teachers for professional self-realization is presented in the form of knowledge and skills in the field, psychology, pedagogy, in particular, the use of internal and external stimuli that have a positive effect on the actions and behavior of the student, his mental health. The ability to analyze and correct one's own actions and behavior, to stimulate oneself to productive activities, to teach this to schoolchildren forms a reflexive and corrective component of the readiness of future chemistry teachers for professional self-realization. The connection between the components of future teachers’ readiness for professional self-realization and the tools of pedagogical stimulation is revealed. In accordance with the components of the indicated readiness, a toolkit of pedagogical stimulation was selected. The development of the first component of readiness is provided by conviction and example. Exercises, requirements, content of freely chosen disciplines, presentations for lectures, educational projects are selected for the second component of readiness. The formation of the third component of readiness is facilitated by encouragement, punishment, professional and educational competitions, competitions of chemical talents. Розкрито педагогічне стимулювання майбутніх учителів хімії до професійної самореалізації як штучно створені обставини, за яких повно й глибоко розкриваються внутрішні сили особистості спеціально підібраним інструментарієм. Схарактеризовано мотиваційно-ціннісну, змістовно-процесуальну, рефлексивно-коригувальну складові готовності майбутніх фахівців. Підібрано інструментарій, а саме: методи виховання, зміст дисциплін вільного вибору, презентації до лекцій, освітні проєкти в Китаї, заохочення, покарання, конкурси, змагання. |
