| Popis: | The article examines the role of partnership in the development of professional formation of an individual as a complex and dynamic process of constructing professional identity. The authors analyze the concept of professional formation, its stages, and the external and internal factors that influence professional development, such as motivation, self-reflection, values, and the impact of the social environment. Special attention is paid to the diversity of partnership forms in the professional context, including interpersonal, interorganizational, and cross-sectoral cooperation, as well as their contribution to the creation of sustainable professional communities. The principles of effective collaboration–trust, equality, respect, dialogue, and shared responsibility–are highlighted as essential for building long-term partnerships. The article emphasizes the role of mentoring and coaching as key mechanisms for supporting novice professionals, accelerating adaptation to new environments, and preventing professional burnout. In addition, the importance of professional networks, online platforms, and public-private partnerships is considered as tools for continuous learning, innovation, and integration of theoretical training with real labor market requirements. The practical section presents examples of successful partnership initiatives in education and professional training, such as teacher development centers, international academic mobility programs, and joint research projects. The authors also identify challenges of professional partnerships, including communication barriers, resource imbalances, and changing priorities, and propose strategies for overcoming them. The conclusions provide recommendations for organizations and professionals on building effective, innovative, and adaptive partnerships as a strategy for sustainable career growth and lifelong learning. The materials of the article may be useful for researchers, practitioners, policy-makers, and managers in the field of professional and technological education, as well as for specialists interested in enhancing professional competencies through cooperation and experience exchange. У статті розглядається роль партнерства у розвитку професійного становлення особистості як складного і динамічного процесу формування професійної ідентичності. Проаналізовано поняття професійного становлення, його етапи та фактори, що впливають на професійний розвиток. Особлива увага приділена формам партнерства у професійному контексті, типам партнерських взаємодій та принципам ефективної співпраці. Окремо висвітлено роль менторства, коучингу та обміну досвідом у підвищенні професійних компетентностей. У практичній частині наведено приклади успішних партнерських ініціатив, а також описано основні виклики, з якими стикаються партнери. У висновках запропоновано рекомендації щодо формування ефективних партнерських відносин як стратегії сталого професійного розвитку. |
