| Description: | Стаття присвячена дослідженню розвитку морально-психологічного забезпечення сил оборони держави на сучасному етапі. Проведено аналіз проекту Концепції розвитку морально-психологічного забезпечення, за результатами якого встановлено, що на концептуальному рівні єдиного нормативного документа із зазначеного виду всебічного забезпечення не існує і розроблена Концепція загалом відповідає основним положенням Доктрини застосування сил оборони держави. Підкреслено, що ефективне здійснення морально-психологічного забезпечення сил оборони можливе лише на основі загальнодержавних політичних установок, детально розроблених програм із залученням зусиль органів державного і військового управління всіх рівнів. Внесено пропозиції та зауваження щодо змісту проекту Концепції, які доцільно враховувати під час підготовки її остаточного варіанта. The article is devoted to the study of the current moral and psychological support (MPS) of the Defence Forces. The analysis of the draft Concept of MPS was carried out, based on which it was determined that, at the conceptual level, no unified normative document regulating this kind of force comprehensive support exists, and the developed Concept in general corresponds to the main provisions of the Doctrine of Employment of the Defence Forces. It is emphasized that effective implementation of MPS for the Defence Forces is possible only on the basis of national political tenets and detailed elaborated programs with the involvement of the state and military authorities of all levels. Proposals and remarks on the content of the draft Concept, which need to be taken into account when preparing its final version, are made. |
