Beschreibung: The development and application of business models as an element of strategic management is widespread in modern corporate governance practice. At the same time, in the context of a sharp change in the methods of competition towards increasing the importance of value propositions and transforming conceptual approaches to business management, the need for adequate business modeling to meet new requirements is growing significantly. The article analyzes the factors and conditions for introducing innovations into traditional business models, as well as the development of innovative business modeling. The reasons for the use of innovations in traditional business models and directions of their implementation are allocated. The boundaries of introducing innovations in the business model as a whole, in individual business processes, as well as in the system of interrelated business processes are determined. The influence of key factors on the creation and successful implementation of innovative business models is analyzed. It is found that innovative business models are universal in nature and can be applied at any stage of the company's life cycle. The study found that for many modern companies, especially in advanced industries, the use of innovative business models is a vital necessity. According to the approach of many authors, innovations in the business model are an important source of competitiveness of enterprises, and the main purpose of developing and applying innovative business models in companies is to improve business processes in terms of creating opportunities for applying innovations in the existing business model. The analysis shows that the innovative business models and management systems currently used by most large corporations correspond to the basic understanding of the modern concept of corporate governance and strategic management. Based on the results of the analysis, the author concludes that there is a need for wider implementation of innovative business models in modern business practice in any industry and field of activity.
Проведено аналіз чинників та умов впровадження інновацій у традиційні бізнесмоделі, а також розвитку інноваційного бізнес-моделювання. Виокремлено причини застосування інновацій у традиційних бізнес-моделях і напрями їх реалізації. Визначено межі впровадження інновацій у бізнес-моделі в цілому, в окремі бізнес-процеси, а також у систему взаємопов'язаних бізнес-процесів. Проаналізовано вплив ключових факторів на створення та успішну реалізацію інноваційних бізнес-моделей. Виявлено, що інноваційні бізнес-моделі мають універсальний характер і можуть застосовуватися на будь-яких стадіях життєвого циклу компанії.
