| Beschreibung: | Foreign experience in developing and operating a system for ensuring the quality of educational activities and the quality of higher education by higher education institutions was studied, and the objects of state policy in the field of higher education regarding quality assurance at the university level were also clarified. The focus was on the internal quality assurance system of the University of Oxford, as one of the most highly rated higher education institutions. The levels of quality issues at the university were identified, and the organizational structures for each of them were specified. Studying the content of the Oxford University Quality Management Framework allowed us to formalize the levels of the internal quality assurance system for educational activities and the quality of higher education within a single logically balanced construct. The directions of state influence on the quality of educational activities of a higher education institution and the quality of higher education at the university level are substantiated. Вивчено зарубіжний досвід з розбудови та функціонування системи забезпечення закладами вищої освіти якості освітньої діяльності та якості вищої освіти, а також з’ясовано об’єкти державної політики у сфері вищої освіти щодо забезпечення якості на університетському рівні. Об’єктом уваги було обрано систему внутрішнього забезпечення якості Оксфордського університету, як одного з найбільш рейтингових закладів вищої освіти. Визначено рівні актуалізації проблематики якості в університеті, а також конкретизовано організаційні структури для кожного з них. Вивчення змісту Рамки управління якістю Оксфордського університету дозволило формалізувати рівні системи внутрішнього забезпечення якості освітньої діяльності та якості вищої освіти у межах одного логічно виваженого конструкту. Обґрунтовано напрями впливу держави на якість освітньої діяльності закладу вищої освіти та якість вищої освіти на університетському рівні |
