| Popis: | The aim of the article is to study the influence of modern technologies such as the language of emojis, chatbots and artificial intelligence (AI) on the cultural communication, social interaction and formation of human sociality. This research also focuses on highlighting the nature of controversies arising in the process of using these tools, their potential in creating new forms of social interaction, as well as their ability to provoke socio-cultural conflicts and generate anxiety. Results. The analysis grounds that the emoji language is a unique cultural phenomenon that combines universality with cultural specificity. However, its ambiguity often leads to misunderstandings in intercultural communication. The influence of chatbots and AI on the social interaction is determined by their ability to imitate human communication. Still, this raises concerns about the loss of communication authenticity and possible increased dependence on automated solutions. In addition, it is found that AI and chatbots can help in resolving conflicts, but at the same time, the can provoke new controversies due to the limitations of algorithms and related ethical issues. The scientific novelty of the study lies in highlighting the dual nature of the impact of digital technologies on the cultural communication. On the one hand, these tools contribute to the emergence of new opportunities for interaction, but on the other hand, they provoke conflicts related to the problems of cultural identity, social adaptation and devaluation of social values. Particular attention is paid to the role of emotional tools, such as emojis, that can both increase and decrease communication tension in the digital environment. Conclusions. In today’s world, the language of emojis, chatbots and AI have become an integral part of modern cultural communication, but their integration into social processes requires in-depth analysis and critical reflection. To mitigate socio-cultural risks, it is necessary to work on improving artificial intelligence algorithms, to take into account cultural specifics, to ensure the ethical use of digital tools in communication processes. The article also outlines promising directions for further research in the field of digital sociality, in particular, the influence of AI on the formation of cultural norms and behavioural patterns in society. Метою статті є дослідження впливу сучасних технологій, таких як мова емодзі, чат-ботів і штучного інтелекту (ШІ) на культурну комунікацію, соціальну взаємодію та формування людської соціальності, а також з’ясування природи суперечностей, що виникають у процесі використання цих інструментів, їхнього потенціалу у створенні нових форм соціальної взаємодії, здатності провокувати соціокультурні конфлікти й породжувати тривоги. Результати дослідження. В ході аналізу встановлено, що мова емодзі є унікальним культурним явищем, який поєднує універсальність з культурною специфікою. Однак її багатозначність часто призводить до непорозумінь у міжкультурній комунікації. Вплив чат-ботів і ШІ на соціальну взаємодію визначається їхньою здатністю імітувати людську комунікацію, проте це викликає занепокоєння щодо втрати автентичності спілкування та можливого зростання залежності від автоматизованих рішень. Крім того, встановлено, що ШІ та чат-боти можуть допомагати у врегулюванні конфліктів, але водночас провокують нові суперечності через обмеженість алгоритмів і пов’язані з ними етичні проблеми. Наукова новизна дослідження полягає у висвітленні подвійної природи впливу цифрових технологій на культурну комунікацію. З одного боку, ці інструменти сприяють появі нових можливостей для взаємодії, а з іншого — провокують конфлікти, пов’язані з проблемами культурної ідентичності, соціальної адаптації та знецінення соціальних цінностей. Особливу увагу приділено ролі емоційних інструментів, таких як емодзі, які можуть і посилювати, і зменшувати комунікативну напругу в цифровому середовищі. Висновки. У сучасному світі технології мови емодзі, чат-ботів і ШІ стали невід’ємною частиною сучасної культурної комунікації, однак їхня інтеграція в суспільні процеси потребує глибокого аналізу та критичного осмислення. Для зменшення соціокультурних ризиків необхідно працювати над удосконаленням алгоритмів штучного інтелекту, враховувати культурну специфіку та забезпечувати етичне використання цифрових інструментів у комунікаційних процесах. Стаття також окреслює перспективні напрямки подальших досліджень у сфері цифрової соціальності, зокрема щодо впливу ШІ на формування культурних норм і поведінкових моделей у суспільстві. |
