It is very important to express yourself clearly in order to understand both sides with empathy and understanding of the interlocutor.It is desirable for the owner to provide clients with all information about services, prices and available times for ordering. It is very important for clients that the owner of the salon listens to their needs and wishes, providing them with professional service while solving possible problems or doubts of the clients.Good and quality communication is considered sufficient in order to develop trust and loyalty of clients. For the owners, good and quality communication can lead to long-term cooperation and recommendation of their clients to others. It is important to cultivate communication skills in order to achieve success. In conclusion, owners must be open, honest and communicate regularly with clients. It is essential to listen and watch their feedback with quick reactions to their needs and requests. U današnje vrijeme komunikacija je ključna u svakodnevnom životu. Međusobno se izmjenjuju informacije, ideje, emocije i stavovi. Komunikacija između vlasnika salona i klijenata je važna kako bi se uspješno poslovalo. Vlasnik salona uvijek treba biti profesionalan, ljubazan i pažljiv prema klijentima. Jako je bitno jasno se izražavati kako bi se sporazumjele obje strane uz empatiju i razumijevanje sugovornika. Za vlasnika je poželjno da klijentima pruži sve informacije o uslugama, cijenama i slobodnim terminima za naručivanje. Klijentima je jako bitno da vlasnik salona sasluša njihove potrebe i želje pružajući im profesionalnu uslugu uz rješavanje mogućih problema ili nedoumica kod klijenata. Dobra i kvalitetna komunikacija se smatra dovoljnom kako bi se razvilo povjerenje i odanost klijenata. Vlasnicima dobra i kvalitetna komunikacija može dovesti do dugoročne suradnje i preporuke njihovih klijenata drugima. Važno je njegovati vještine komunikacije zbog ostvarenja uspjeha. Zaključno, vlasnici moraju biti otvoreni, iskreni i redovno moraju komunicirati sa klijentima.
