Beschreibung:	The chapter describes the Affinity capillary electrophoresis (ACE), its principle and utilization in evaluation of binding/dissociation constants of the ligand-receptor types of bonds. The data are evaluated using the Scatchard graph and the various techniques for ACE are discussed - the preequilibrium ACE and the mobility shift ACE. In the end of the chapter, practical applications are discussed.
