Description: В статье даны определения инновационной активности работников предприятий и связанных с ним понятий, приведенные в работах различных авторов. Приведена классификация работников в зависимости от их инновационной активности. Представлена модель формирования активной инновационной деятельности сотрудников.
The article provides definitions of innovative activity of employees and related concepts, given in the works of different authors. The classification of employees depending on their innovative activity is given. The article presents a model for the formation of active innovative activity of employees.
