| Popis: | The article studies the cooperation of Russia and the State of Palestine in the fi eld of information and communication technologies and their collaboration in ensuring the security of the digital space. Russia, with its extensive technological resources and experience, provides the comprehensive assistance to Palestine in resolving complex long-term issues of the creation and development of the modern information society and its protection from cyber threats. Based on a comprehensive analysis of intergovernmental and interagency agreements as well as of measures to implement them, the author came to the conclusion that this relatively new area of bilateral interaction was dynamically developing, had a mutually benefi cial character, corresponded to the national interests of both countries and made a signifi cant contribution to ensuring international security. В статье рассматривается сотрудничество России и Государства Палестина в сфере информационно-коммуникационных технологий и обеспечения безопасности цифрового пространства. Россия, располагая внушительными технологическими ресурсами и опытом, оказывает всемерное содействие Палестине в решении сложных долгосрочных задач формирования и развития современного информационного общества и его защиты от киберугроз. На основе комплексного анализа межправительственных и межведомственных соглашений, а также мер по их реализации автор приходит к выводу о том, что это относительно новое направление двустороннего взаимодействия динамично развивается, имеет взаимовыгодный характер, соответствует национальным интересам обеих стран и вносит весомый вклад в обеспечение международной безопасности.
