Specifically, we aim to understand the importance and value of emotional intelligence in both everyday and professional interactions. The findings from this study can then be used to develop strategies for personal growth and improvement in communicative competence. Целью данной работы является исследование в сфере межкультурной коммуникации и факторов её успешного проведения: Выявление фактической значимости и ценности эмоционального интеллекта человека в области повседневной и профессиональной коммуникации. Результаты данного исследования могут быть применены для построения векторов личностного развития в целях улучшения коммуникативной компетентности. |
