| Popis: | Dans le cadre de la quatrième étape du programme TransMigrARTS, dans laquelle desprototypes d'ateliers sont en cours de validation, il s'agit ici d'identifier les transformations chez les participants d'un atelier organisé dans l'entreprise DAPIN (Engineering & energy people). La cohésion du groupe fonctionne ici comme une expérience qui renforce les catégories transversales qui ont servi de base aux propositions artistiques de TransMigrARTS: le groupe, le corps, l'expérience et la créativité. En abordant la notion d'atelier comme "pratique dispositive", c'est-à-direcomme un maillage d'éléments divers qui s'articulent pour produire du sens dansla population migrante, le concept de focus théâtral est développé, compris commel'intensité de l'attention que reçoit chaque participant, variable à la fois en puissanceet en unité temporelle. A partir de cet axe, les artistes construisent les exercices de l’atelier, pour atteindre les objectifs de cohésion de groupe proposés par l'atelier As part of the fourth stage of the TransMigrARTS programme, in which workshopprototypes are being validated, the aim here is to identify the transformations in the participants of a workshop organised at DAPIN (Engineering & energy people). The cohesion of the group functions here as an experience that reinforces the transversal categories that have served as a basis for the artistic proposals of TransMigrARTS: thegroup, the body, experience and creativity. By approaching the notion of the workshop as a "dispositive practice", i.e. as a mesh of diverse elements that work together to produce meaning in the migrant population, the concept of theatrical focus is developed, understood as the intensity of the attention that each participant receives,variable both in power and in temporal unity. Using this as a starting point, theartists design the workshop exercises to achieve the group cohesion objectives proposed by the workshop. En el marco de la cuarta etapa del programa TransMigrARTS, donde se están validando prototipos de talleres, se buscó identificar las transformaciones en los participantes de un taller llevado a cabo en la empresa DAPIN (Engineering & energy people). La cohesión del grupo opera aquí como una experiencia que fortalece las categorías transversales que sirvieron de base a las propuestas artísticas de TransMigrARTS: grupo, cuerpo, vivencia y creatividad. Abordada la noción de taller como “práctica dispositiva”, es decir, como una malla de elementos diversos, que se articulan para producir sentidos en la población migrante, se desarrolla el concepto de foco teatral, entendido como la intensidad de atención que recibe cada participante, la cual es variable tanto en potencia como en dosis temporal. Este foco es el eje referencial que los talleristas maniobran para lograr los objetivos de cohesión propuestos por el taller. |
