Abstract Educational management has become a fundamental pillar for the development of emerging communities. These communities, characterized by their limited access to resources and opportunities, require a specific approach that allows the implementation of inclusive and equitable educational policies. Public projects in this area play a key role by providing infrastructure, technology and support programs that improve access to quality education. Through collaboration between government institutions, international organizations and civil society, we seek to develop initiatives that not only raise educational levels, but also promote the socioeconomic development of the most vulnerable regions. Education, as a fundamental right, not only has the potential to break the cycle of poverty, but also empowers people to actively participate in their communities and contribute to general well-being. This article reviews different approaches and studies that have evaluated the impact of educational management and public projects in emerging communities, highlighting best practices and challenges that still need to be overcome. It is concluded that effective integration between public policies and educational programs can generate transformative change in these communities, if it is adapted to local needs and sustainable implementation is guaranteed over time.
