| Beschreibung: | The study is devoted to the construction of an effective mechanism to counter fraud in the field of computer information. In the course of it, the author formed a system of criminogenic determinants of fraud in the field of computer information. It was revealed that some miscalculations and mistakes made during the construction of these norms, as well as the selectivity of the application of criminal law norms on liability for crimes in the field of computer information, cause their inefficiency. To improve the effectiveness of counteraction to fraud in the field of computer information, the main directions for the prevention of these crimes have been developed. Исследование посвящено построению эффективного механизма противодействию мошенничеству в сфере компьютерной информации. В ходе него автором была сформирована система криминогенных детерминант мошенничества в сфере компьютерной информации. Выявлено, что отдельные просчеты и ошибки, допущенные при конструировании данных норм, а также избирательность применения уголовно-правовых норм об ответственности за преступления в сфере компьютерной информации обуславливают их неэффективность. Для повышения эффективности противодействия мошенническим действиям в сфере компьютерной информации разработаны основные направления предупреждения данных преступлений. |
